Our Amenity Center offers something for everyone. Available to all residents of Lakes of Prosper, the
center offers a community pool with lounge chairs for sunning and a large covered patio with plenty
shade and room for relaxing.
Our splash park provides plenty of fun for the kids.

Unwind from your day, go for a run or take the family for a walk. The miles of trails beside the lakes
with their splashing fountains, the canals and paths throughout the parks offer a retreat from a hectic
day, just steps from your front door.
- Neighborhood Playground and multi-purpose Sports field
Serious play in the waiting. Kids of all ages can look forward to hours of fun and adventure in our large
multi-purpose sports field and neighborhood playground.
- Community Sports Complex
Enjoy your children’s sporting events and still have time to cook dinner at home. The City of Prosper’s
newest Sports Complex is located on the northern boundary of the neighborhood with a loop trail that
connects to the Lakes of Prosper trail system. The new sports complex includes 11 soccer/multi-purpose
fields, 5 baseball/softball fields, two restroom concession facilities, a fishing pond and a large playground.
